Pet Posts

Miche here! That is ‘misha’ to pronounce it. And everyone knows that I have a crew of Dog friends who don’t live with me. I live with them. They have encouraged me to decorate for my own comfort, and for this I am very grateful. Seriously speaking, From an adult point of view, I adopted a puppy who wouldn’t leave me alone, and for whom I had great affection. I had to move because of her. Not long after that I rescued her mother with the help of a friend, because she had been left at the shelter, to find a home or be killed (as usual). I can’t understand how anyone thinks that an animal can find a home with a human if he is behind bars. I was found by Wooga. We rescued her mother Sparky.
Wooga convinced me to take care of her, and when her mother to stay, it was a blessing. Wooga went from being alone for a period of time in the day, to having her mother to snuggle with. Actually, Sparky started immediately to teach Wooga how to play….Perhaps you’re wondering how Wooga came by her name? It is babylingo for woof ’n doggie. There was a little dog when I was a toddler who came to our little house and had babies. I called her Wooga, I am told.

Now I am the governess for her babies and other orphans who have been rescued from homelessness. In her mind it seems that I am her responsibility more than she is mine. She is soft and warm and when I cry she licks my whole face. When anyone is sick she sits against them and occasionally licks their ears. She is the best nurse and mother dog ever.
